With firsthand experience as a tenant, landlord, and property manager, Catherine brings a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of the sector’s fundamentals. Her strong grasp of compliance and legislation ensures clients are always in capable, informed hands. Working closely with landlords, Catherine is focused on maximizing returns on investment while protecting and enhancing the long-term value of their properties.
Outside of work, Catherine enjoys the outdoors with her two children, making the most of every opportunity to camp and explore. Painting allows her creative side to flourish.
